We then build a full financial model — income forecasts, ROI, IRR, all-in acquisition cost, operating expense schedule, and tax exposure under Spanish non-resident law. Finally, we present a Decision Report — a structured PDF with a clear recommendation. If we say no, we tell you why. If we say yes, the numbers back it up.
